Shenge Vendor Application Form

1. Any legal person, including persons having a kinship with persons employed by Shenge Property Group, including a blood relationship, may conduct business with Shenge Property Group. In view of possible allegations of favouritism, it is required that the Service Provider declare such existing relationship for an objective and fair procurement.

2. In order to give effect to the above, the following questionnaire must be completed and submitted with the bid.

Updated Company Profile with CVs of Directors File size must not exceed 2MB.
Certificate of Incorporation File size must not exceed 2MB.
A valid Tax Clearance Certificate File size must not exceed 2MB.
ID copies of all Directors File size must not exceed 2MB.
A Certified BEE Certificate File size must not exceed 2MB.
Bank confirmation no older than 3 months File size must not exceed 2MB.
Proof of Physical Address File size must not exceed 2MB.
Board Resolution giving Authority to Transact File size must not exceed 2MB.
A signed copy of the attached Declaration of Interest Form File size must not exceed 2MB.
Proof of Public Liability (Not less than R10 000 000.00) File size must not exceed 2MB.
